Brokerage in Africa Country Programmes

Willem Heemskerk of the Royal Tropical Institute discusses facilitating and brokering innovation in agriculture at the national and local level in sub-Saharan Africa. He has been looking at he brokerage role in RIU (Research Into Use) country programmes in Rwanda, Tanzania and Zambia. This work is part of the output of RIU's Central Research Team.
