Our dossiers present background information on particular subjects within the general theme of rural innovation systems. The subjects are selected to reflect current or recent involvement of KIT in agricultural services for rural development.
The dossiers discuss access to agricultural services, outsourcing agricultural advisory services, multi-stakeholder learning in agricultural innovation systems (RAAKS), rural innovation policies, and the concept of rural innovation systems (an introduction).
The dossiers are compiled and edited by KIT staff. Typically, most of the articles published in the dossier will be contributed by KIT staff as well. In addition we frequently invite other authors and organizations to contribute. A dossier consists of edited in-depth information on the subject, it explains KIT’s involvement and provides an overview of news and events, and glossary terms. Moreover it offers references, both to Internet resources and to resources in KIT Library. Dossiers are updated on a regular basis.
